There is a CRAZY story behind how we obtained these hydrangeas. Okay, Fe Fe wanted to have a bouquet of flowers in her house for the party. So on our many trips to the grocery store we saw a beautiful bush of hydrangeas on some one's property. The house is for sale so we thought the owner would not have any problem in us taking a few. We stopped hopping someone was home....no one was home and spoke to a neighbor....she said that they would be home later on. We decided to go do our shopping and come back to ask. No one was home and it was growing dark. She really didn't want to go home without them so..we sneaked a couple.....more like 6. Yeah....it was soo exciting, and we could not stop laughing. And to make it worse is that when we got in the car she left her light on....ohhhhhh MMMM GGGGGG!!!!!! We drove off very HAPPYwith our Hydrangeas in tow and a couple of Lilies. But the lilies where growing wild on the side of this old barn.

Here we are all innocent!

Fe cutting away!!

Look at Fe's expression! Priceless!!!

We had to buy lobster scissors. We had to have a tutorial to use these.

It was a lot of FUN!!!! She and I always have a good time in what ever we do. We both decided we are going to plant a hydrangea and name it after each other so we can always remember our little criminal adventure. hahhahahaha!!!!

On the way to Baltimore, Maryland

Our mini vacation to Baltimore, Maryland was a beautiful adventure! I got to see more of Fe Fe's family which I could claim as my family too because I have knew them since I was 8 yrs old. We meet a lot of new wonderful people and their children. It was great just to catch up on past, present and our future life's. It's crazy but it seemed like we never even aged. They all look just like when I saw them last....amazing! Fe Fe's mom is 74+yrs old and she looks GREAT and is as active as before...I hope I'm like her when I grow old.

When we first got there Josh drove us through this beautiful country side of Hampstead, MD. It's such a beautiful place...everything was so green, so many mature trees, and can't forget all the flowers! I could kick myself now because I didn't take any pictures of the country side...ugh! They have a beautiful two story house with a full basement...GORGEOUS HOME!

We also got to meet BEAUTIFUL ISA! I love her! She is the complete mini version of Fe! She is soo smart. She knows all of her body parts and has a small vocabulary building. It so made me have baby fever....I can't wait to have a little girl!

The first night we went to our first Orioles baseball game. They aren't that great but it was something fun we all enjoyed doing. Good times! Friday, we just hung out and grocery shopped for the big house/birthday party Saturday. We Filippa's always go all out when it comes to parties. With Fe's whole family there, there was a lot of helping hands to make it all happen. Wait until you see all the food!!!! There was food in the formal dinning, dessert in the kitchen, hot dogs, burgers and roast pig outside. And the crazy thing about it is, it was all gone by the end of the night. I ate a lot but never did I get a plate full of food. I mostly nipped at everything.

It was a good time! We are going to make this a tradition.....to visit each other every two years. It's so great to have family near you even if it's not your immediate family. I want Elijah and I to have a big family(of course I say that now but I mean it...i think..hahhaha). It's so great to be a part of something so important, full of love and laughter. I love it!!

Elijah, planted our second tree in the front yard. This is the Autumn Blaze Maple Tree.....it's going to be beautiful!!!! It gets blazing hot red in the fall....oh we can't wait!!

Noah, made this AWESOME tie die shirt for Elijah on father's day at school. I♥it!

Look at my little mexican boy!

Elijah and I hosted Mexican Night Saturday night!! We had so much food(as always)!! I cooked beef fajitas, Spanish rice, and quesadillas. Elijah made the guacamole and got Mexican beer. Sarah, our neighbor made chicken enchiladas, and refried beans. Kelly brought tres lechie cake. We also had chips, salsa, queso and some kind of green salsa Elijah is crazy about.

We had a great time...made new friends....shared stories....had the honor to listen to Sarah and Austin sing and play the guitar.....and best of all made more great memories!!

Evening Picnic

Friday night we had dinner in our front lawn, Pizza, bread sticks, and wings! It was a gorgeous evening....not too hot and not to windy. We all enjoy spending time and doing something our of the norm every now and then together! We even feed the ants!

Morning Breakfast

Saturday we took dad to IHOP, our favorite place to eat breakfast!!

Friday, Noah took martial arts for the first time! Elijah thought he might be a little too young for it because most kids start out at age 7 but can start out as young as 5. Like with any sports Noah willingly jumps into it. He blow all of us away when he broke his first board!!! They said he has a POWERFUL kick! The expression on is face when he broke his first board was priceless. I don't think he was excepting to brake it either.

This week we honor you, Elijah, for being an amazing father! You truly are a wonderful person! Thank you for being a source of strength, a teacher, a guide, protector, an advisor, a leader, and a friend. Noah looks up to you with so much loving trust and pride! Noah is an amazing person all because of you! We are so blessed to have you in our life!
We love you!

We wish you a wonderful Father's Day too!!
Binh, Caley, Ryan and Hector

Yeah, so I know Father's Day isn't until Sunday but I couldn't wait til then. I'm so bad at waiting!! Noah and I did this project yesterday while we were home sick with a stomach bug. I originally saw this idea at Brassy Apple. http://brassyapple.blogspot.com/2009/06/sharing-dad-photos.html I instantly LOVED the idea! Of course I waited until he felt better to do the photos. He did such a great job and I was able to capture his innocence as well as his goofiness. The photos came out so GREAT thanks to my new camera the boys got me this pass mothers day! It has this color swap feature where it makes everything black and white but leaves one thing in color. No photoshop done here, thank goodness! I love photoshop but it takes a lot of time.

I also got him a personal training session at the Jiujitsu gym he goes to. He loves loves loves everything!!! He took the picture frame to work and I think I'm going to do another one to put in our room. What a GREAT idea, thank you BRASSY APPLE!!

Elijah was out of town this pass weekend, so Saturday morning Noah and I ate breakfast at IHOP!! We love it here!! All the the waitress are in LOVE with Noah!! He likes it too!! One waitress said that he was too cute because he is so small. I told her not to say that to loud because he doesn't like to be called small. Apparently he gets tease about that from kids at school. Really, already! Those kids parents need to teach them some manners. Sorry, any way we had a great time this weekend. Mommy, son bonding! I♥him!!!

Next week we will be traveling to visit one of our good friends in Baltimore, Maryland. Maria Fe and Josh had their first baby last year named Isa. She is the miniature version of her mom. So adorable!! They came to visit us last year and now it's our turn to go visit them. I am especially excited to see them and meet beautiful ISA!!

~

If you know me I love to make things and these things I don't just make just for anyone. When I make them it really comes from my heart and it really is special. What really gets me pumped is the expressions on their faces when they receive them. I love it!!! Make me happy!! So for ISA, I wanted to make her a couple of outfits. I did them without patterns but it really wasn't hard. Just takes alot of time but I enjoy it!! The shirts I did not sew, thank walmart for those but I did add a little detail to GIRLIE them up. They turned out really well and I can wait to see them on her. So here they are!

The bright YELLOW outfit, is my favorite! I made the skirt with pockets so she can put her little hands in them. I♥pockets! I added a black flower on the shirt for some personal touch and the back of the skirt I added a bow. I didn't have time to go back to the store but I plan on adding some type of button on the flower and on the bow. For the PINK outfit, I wanted to do something different, so I made pants with pink ribbon ruffles. This was my first time to make ruffles and I have to tell you it wasn't too bad. I think I could use alot more practice. I sewed ruffles on the shirt too, which was a little tricky but I managed. The funny thing is, Noah wanted to try these on. I said, NO because his dad would kill me. Hahaha!

THANK YOU
LESLIE!!!
I received your package yesterday!!! Thank you!!! I love them all, especially the red ones!! Elijah doesn't like some of them because they aren't tight but I told him that I was a mom now and need not to where tight clothing. hahahhaha!!!
Thank you, again!!!
Much♥

We spent all morning running around, so we decided to reward Noah with a new pool, yay!!! He loved it! After about two hours he was ready to go in for the day!!

He said, "It was the BEST day he ever had!! "

Guess Who's Eye?
I got alittle carried away with my camera(okay maybe CRAZY) and started taking some eye portraits. I know I'm the BIGGEST DORK but what can you say. It was funny at the time!! Can you guess who's eye they belong to? I just notice that Noah got another mole on his face..um.
